At the EDGE Sports Performance we train athletes to improve their game by increasing their SPEED, STRENGTH and AGILITY. We train adults in our fitness classes to improve their lives through weight loss, increasing lean tissue, improving flexibility & mobility and thus increasing their energy.
Coach Bonewitz was an NCAA Strength and Conditioning Coach for over 12 years at these D1 schools:
